These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the myTimer application ("App"). The App is provided by Prlif Digital ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

The App is intended for users of all ages. Users under the age of 16 must have parental consent to use Premium features or make purchases. If you are a minor, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.

2. Use of the App

The App allows you to create custom interval timers and, if you subscribe to Premium, access a library of pre‑built timers and a smart timer generator that turns your written description into an interval timer. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

By using the smart timer generator, you understand your prompt is processed by a third‑party AI provider.

You must use the generator only to create workout timers. We apply automated controls to keep requests within this scope and may reject or limit requests that fall outside it.

3. Premium Subscription

Premium is offered as an auto‑renewing subscription through the Apple App Store. Current offerings are:

• Monthly: €2.99 with a 3‑day free trial
• Annual: €12.99

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies. Prices may vary by region as determined by Apple.

4. Usage Limits

Premium includes a monthly allowance of smart timer generations. The exact allowance can vary by plan (monthly or annual) and by request length or precision. We may update limits from time to time. Limits renew monthly.

5. Content Availability

Premium content is delivered from our servers. We may update, remove, or change this content at any time. We do not guarantee that any specific workout or timer will always be available.

6. iCloud Sync

The App uses iCloud to synchronize your timers, tags, and related information across your devices. iCloud sync can be disabled in your device settings, which will limit synchronization between devices.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Prlif Digital or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error‑free. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prlif Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms within the App or on our website. If changes materially affect your rights, we will provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
