This Privacy Policy explains how Prlif Digital ("we", "us", "our") handles information in the myTimer App ("App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and keeping your data under your control.

1. Information We Collect

We collect limited, pseudonymous data on our servers, such as an appAccountToken, subscription status, and usage metrics for the smart timer generator. Your timers, tags, and interval details are stored in your iCloud account and synced across your devices. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

For Premium usage, we use this pseudonymous identifier to track subscription status and usage metrics (such as the number of smart timer generations and their timestamps). We do not store the text you write for generation or the timers created by it on our servers.

2. Smart Timer Generation

Text submitted for smart timer generation is processed transiently by our service providers. Prompts are sent to a third‑party AI provider (e.g., Google Vertex AI) solely to generate the timer. Do not include personal or sensitive data. We do not store this text, do not associate it with user identities, and do not use it for profiling or training purposes. We use automated controls to keep requests within the scope of timer creation and to enforce usage limits. We do not control how third‑party AI providers process data beyond our contractual agreements with them.

3. Premium Content Delivery

The App connects to our backend to download premium timer templates. These requests do not include any personal data. We do not store user profiles or timer history on our servers.

4. Notifications

The App may request permission to send notifications related to your timers. You can enable or disable notifications in your device settings at any time.

5. iCloud Sync

iCloud is used to sync your timers, tags, and interval data across devices. You may disable iCloud for the App in your device settings. If disabled, your data will remain on the device and will not sync.

6. Data Retention

Your data remains in your iCloud account until you delete it or disable iCloud for the App. Usage and subscription records stored on our servers are retained for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, abuse detection, and cost control. These records are not linked to directly identifiable individuals and are retained only as long as necessary for these purposes.

Where applicable, users may exercise their data protection rights by contacting us, although we may be unable to identify individual records without additional information.

7. Third-Party Services

We do not use third‑party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking tools. Payments are handled by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. We use trusted service providers to operate our backend infrastructure, including cloud hosting, database services, content delivery and security services, and AI processing services. These providers act as data processors under contractual obligations consistent with applicable data protection laws.

Our providers may include companies such as Google, Cloudflare, Supabase, and DigitalOcean.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is suitable for users of all ages. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has provided personal information to us, please contact us. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post updates within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
