What includes Premium and how does billing work?

Premium unlocks advanced features such as AI timer generation and full premium content, subject to fair-use and technical limits. It is an auto-renewable subscription billed by Apple through your App Store account. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple policies.

When is my subscription renewed and charged?

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Apple charges renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.

How can I cancel or manage my subscription?

You can manage or cancel anytime in iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.

What happens if my subscription expires?

Premium features are locked when the subscription is no longer active. You can subscribe again at any time to restore Premium access.

What personal data does myTimer process for support requests?

We process only the information you submit (for example, title/details and optional email) to review and reply to your request.

Does myTimer sell my data or use it for ad tracking?

No. myTimer is not based on third-party ad tracking and does not sell your personal data.

How is subscription status verified?

Subscription status is validated against the subscription provider state before granting premium-only server features.

What are the main legal terms I accept when using the app?

You agree to lawful use, respect for intellectual property, acceptable-use limits, and the subscription terms (renewal, billing, cancellation) described in the Terms.

Can terms or privacy policies change?

Yes. We may update them when legally or operationally necessary. The current version and Last updated date are always published on our website.

How can I request help with billing issues?

Use the support form with your issue details and app version. For charges and refunds, Apple handles payment operations through your Apple account under Apple policies.
